With a deep belief in the interconnectedness of physical and mental health, Sybil works to help individuals navigate the complexities of their emotional experiences and treat underlying traumas, while reducing the symptoms of anxiety and depression. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate their individual experiences and gain insight into how those experiences have shaped their lives, allowing them to move forward in a way that aligns with their true selves. She takes a person-centered approach, guiding clients as they explore and understand their feelings, behaviors, and sense of self.

Whether in-person or through telehealth, Sybil provides a safe and supportive space where clients can speak openly, be heard, and feel understood. Her goal is to create an environment where individuals feel comfortable being their authentic selves and are empowered to begin their healing journey.
